#15 Problems loading tiff files to convert

Greetings,

I am rather new to Delineate; however, I have tried it
and used it with a few different image formats with
mostly success. However, now I am trying to load and
convert a tiff file and I am having trouble. Is there
some java kit I am missing? I thought the JUI was
included in the J2SE SDK 1.4. Do I need to load and
configure JIU? I loaded and configured Delineate
according to the instructions. I am at a loss. Please
advise.
