#31 Save backgrounds and cameras patch
This Patch adds the saving of any set backgrounds set and camera positions of views in the saved .dxs file.
This can be disabled in options screen. the saving of views in .ini file is left for this reason. In my tests it should not effect anything else that reads file format.
If they read Xml file nicely as extra should just be ignored.
