service wont start - debian

I installed an instance of dekiwiki on our debian system some time ago and wanted to set up another dewiki on a new debian system (which isn't connected to the web yet).

The installation works without problems. However, when I try to start the service with

    root@d-school-wiki:/var/www/dekiwiki/config# /etc/init.d/dekiwiki start

    I get this feedback:

    Starting MindTouch Deki API:
Unhandled Exception: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No such host is known
      at System.Net.Dns.GetHostByName (System.String hostName) [0x00000]
      at System.Net.Dns.GetHostEntry (System.String hostNameOrAddress) [0x00000]
      at System.Net.Dns.GetHostAddresses (System.String hostNameOrAddress) [0x00000]

    In etc/apache2/sites-available/dekiwiki:

    ServerName d-school-wiki
            ServerAlias d-school-wiki

            ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/error-dekiwiki.log
            CustomLog /var/log/apache2/access-dekiwiki.log common

            DocumentRoot "/var/www/dekiwiki"

I've basically done everything exactly the same way like in the last install and can't figure out what's wrong. If I call up the site at http://d-school-wiki
    I get:

Site settings could not be loaded
We were unable to locate the API to request site settings. Please see below for debugging information.

    HTTP Response Status Code: 0

    Trying API autodiscovery:

The API is currently located at http://localhost:8081/deki.
    Trying http://d-school-wiki/@api/deki ... failed (HTTP Status: 0)

    Does anyone have an idea?

    Cheers, Ahmet

I'm getting this same error.  Did you ever find a solution?
