From PHP 4.4.4, CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION is disabled when open_basedir is used. Is there a solid reason why the MindTouch frontend needs to use FOLLOWLOCATION? If so, maybe we could work around this restriction (e.g. http://bit.ly/cIpLK6\)? I'd really rather continue using open_basedir.
I've commented out the FOLLOWLOCATION lines in my installation, and so far I haven't noticed anything going majorly wrong. I'm aware it's a potential time bomb, though.
