DeFX plug-in for XMMS download

DeFX is a multi-effects processor for XMMS which allows various effects including Karaoke, Panning, Flanger, Phaser, Chorus, and Reverb to be used on XMMS audio. These can be activated simultaneously through a nice GTK control panel.
