So if you build a new jar from the source they are available from WMS or something else. But be careful I just have tested the technical function not if the results are correct. Maybe you can do this using the small program attached to this mail. another thing is that according to the epsg database all of this three CRS uses the geodetic datum NZGD49. But looking into the epsg database and the document you sent a link to informed me that there is a new datum NZGD2000. And there are several CRS (nearly 30) in the epsg database that are based on that. If you need this, please have a look at the ConvenieceCSFactory class.
