If you try to scroll the scrollbars using the mouse scrolls in the code preview window where it shows the output of decompiler it doesn't do anything and you have to do it manually via the scrollbars, it gets frustrating and annoying when going through the dump.

This has been fixed in tonight's checkin. Please verify and if fixed, set status to "Closed".

I have verified and it seems that it doesn't scroll at my end, still not working. I have verified this on the tabbed-gui checkout. It does work however on the mdi-gui.
