I was atticking evything i saw becuase i had never
really done it before, then all of a suddon, i walk
into this room, and barrier wasn't gaurding a doorr.
and i could walk that way. i tried to decieve him and
he said that he alerady knew i was a hostile. so i
leave, and he follows me. i dont botther to attack
him cuz i wanted to see what was gouing on. the next
room after that had another barrier and it started
following me. so tell me is this part of the game
where all ice follow me like barriers and gaurdians
or was it a glitch, because the barrier never
followed me before, even when i had a trace.

Maybe there was one in each room.

I think it happens when IDE's are resurrected at the "IDE
entry I/O Node". IDE's should, in my viewpoint, reset their
action, which is moving back to their original place and
restarting their job, assuming nothing perturbs it on the way.
In that case you can still see a Gateway walking but not
persecuting you. Instead, each IDE seems to act like a Probe
IDE when resurrected: I've seen attack IDE's and Gateways
wandering and querrying me even with a green system alarm level.

Are you sure the gateway wasn't one that had respawned and was moving back to it's original location? If you had previously destroyed it, but not closed the ICE entry port, it would respawn and take the shortest path back to it's designated node.

This report addresses issue from original (C++) Decker.

It will be fixed as soon as someone volunteers to do it.
