#7 \"Run program\" mission sometimes can\'t be done

On a very easy mission of "run program" type,
sometimes the client provided program has 0 size, and
even if loaded into the deck, it doesn't appear on the
matrix, so it can't be run, making impossible to fulfill the
mission.

I got exactly that bug. Clicking "yes" in the load TAB of
the deck at the 0 sized Client Program before entering the
Matrix doesn't make that Program available in the Matrix;
and once inside the Matrix you cannot load the Client
Program, which is not in the load list => mission impossible
