#6 Improve support for linear programming

The current GLPK plugin is outdated. It should be replaced by a newer one, more maintained. This probably implies a change in the API => will break the existing plugins using it. Think about introducing the new one supplementary to the old one to allow for a progressive update of the plugins.

Think about switching to some higher level mechanism where you could plug cplex, GLPK or an other one. Coin is such framework, but the java implementation is ugly. Search for an alternative? (This would be a big plus but I'm afraid it's gonna be difficult to find a good such framework.)

One possibility: improve coin framework. This is open source after all. But is probably a big work. (=> student?)
