[Decigen-News] DeciGen Model School user authorization module is now functional

Hi!

User authorization and user-wise menu generation module for decigen model
school is now operational. You can login to the project page -
http://decigen.sf.net/  select the Demo link and login as different role to
check the different transaction the user is authorised. Please invite your
friends to join the testing.

Give your comments on the transaction list. Bug/feature/patches are most
welcome.
