Updated: Prototype and Designs in CVS!

Jay has updated the prototype! It should be fully representative of how we can communicate with the MSE. We still need to prototype (1) a threaded Queue (DLL?) (2) handling Msgs from Decal. After those 2 prototypes, we can build the final prototype that shows how all the components will work together and simulate a top to bottom working version without all the details. (We should be validating that we can run the script, store the messages, and respond to them without stopping the AC client.)

Also, the component designs have been updated in CVS. Included are the sequence diagrams at a high and detailed level. Let's start discussing!
