#72 DirectDraw errors when starting AC

I just installed Decal 2.6.0.3 on my comp. I'm running a
1.7 GHz P4 with 225 MB RAM, 80 GB hard drive, and an
S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR integrated video card. I
have no plug-ins enabled and i get these 2 errors when i
click on the play buton for AC. I do have InstaOg
1.6.0.9 installed, but not enabled.

Errors:
Could not enumerate DirectDraw main object!

Fatal error occured trying to create the DirectDraw
object!

Can you help me please??? I have had Decal and
InstaOg installed in the past with no problems.
