#71 Install Failure Decal2602
I recently download your new version of Decal2602.
After a software crash from the Decal update I ran from
decal2601.
During the installation i received the error:
A Network error had accorded while attempting to read
from the file: C:\DOCUME~1\DONALD~1
\LOCALS~\Temp\RarSFX17\Decal.msi .
So i removed all decal from computer and reg and
reinstalled again via your decal site instructions for
removaal.
Tried reinstall again same error, Ran a second time , now
error is as below:
error reading from file:
C:\DOCUME~1\DONALD~1\LOCALS~\Temp\RarSFX18
\Decal.msi Verify that file exists and that you can
access it.
try agaiun or Cancel button is shown also.
Tried to look for missing file, and was not on comp.
I canceled and then clicked finished, Output from decal
said: Decal Installation complete, I clicked ok and tried
tyo install again, Not able to same error.
Will remove all decal and wait for response. Decal never
did load.

Note; Decal was running before the Dec Update, only
after attempting updating and reinstallation is now the
error has accord
