#69 decal doesnt show up in ac

I downloaded decal 2601, installed and updated. When i
am entering ac, denagent is in toolbar and running. But
when i get logged into ac, decal does not show up. Its
just not there. Any ideas how to fix this? It was
suggested to uninstall and restall decal and all plugins.
Did that and still does not work.

I have exact same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled
directx and ac as well. Have a nvidia gforce 5200 on a
emachines 2.7 machine with 512k ram and running xp home
edition.
