#65 Cant log onto AC with Decal running

I'm new to these things so it may be something simple,
but....

I DL and installed Decal.
Started Decal program.
Logged into AV account.
Get this message: "Could not enumerate DirectDraw
main object.

I click OK

Get this mesasage: "A fatal error occured trying to
create the DirectDraw object"

I click OK
Back to sign in screen.
Repeat...

Wind. XP
I.E.
Latest version of Decal (just downloaded).

I can still log into AC without decal running, but not
with it.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I also am having the same problem.

Clean format of Windows XP SP1, clean install of decal (also
just downloaded off this site).
