#101 Decal.msi

went to decal and dling the decal update from
there, yesterday
and did it again from the site and dlinged again (thinking
perhaps it had been
incomplete)
this is what i get when i try to install it

"the feature you are trying to use in on a network
resource that is unavailable"
"try to find installation package decal.msi in a folder from
which you can install decal"
and like a dumpy i toke all the decals out daaaa right so
i cant buff or nothen... can some one help me out and
get the file copyed right or when i did it still came up
with that stuped mgs
