#4 Allow specify folder inside Home as target
I need to install a program that comes with a database, which should be installed in a subfolder inside ~/.config.
I found no way to do that with Debreate.
If somebody nees to install some files to a writeable folder, it may be good allowing Debreate to specify some folder inside Home.
