Thank you for providing such a wonderful tool for calculating Malmquist Index. I appreciated very much.
I have tried to run the following “malmq” command with Coelli et al’s dataset (2005, p.296, Table 11.1) as your paper instructs; however, the message “unrecognized command: malmq” is shown every time I run this command.
malmq i_x = o_q, ort(i) period(year)
I have successfully installed malmq.sthlp at C:\ado through STATA program, shown below, and checked it by using command “findit malmq”
Would you please provide any solution?
