Create functions to represent the following:

longest_suit (direction) - With two equal length suits return the higher ranking
is_overcallable_hand(level, hand) - Does the hand have an overcall for this level
takeout_dblhand(openersuit, level, hand) - Basically want to know if this hand can make a takeout double. May want a variation with two suits bid
