Mac OS X support

i didn't plan to support OSX, but requests for it keep coming, so there seems to be a demand.

the only thing missing is CoreAudio output plugin. or any other output plugin that would work on OSX.

compiling on OSX is quite a challenging task, but we have some handy scripts to fetch and compile all required dependencies.

it would also be nice if someone makes a distributable package with all the libs bundled in.

one of our IRC channels is the best place to start.
