Yes. You can tell it to work with any number of repos.

Getting all of the dependencies into ibiblio would be ideal. Many of
these are already there, but some (including DDSteps itself) are not.
Of the three repos that I use, one is ibiblio, and another is an ibiblio
mirror :)

We have an internal repo at UC Berkeley, but it's not public so it won't
help much.
