The Drug Disease Model Resources (DDMoRe) consortium is building and maintaining a universally applicable, open source, model based framework, intended as the gold standard for future collaborative drug and disease Modelling & Simulation.

It is comprised of a number of aspects, described in detail at http://www.ddmore.eu

We are using SourceForge to store the software elements of this project. These are:

• The MDL-IDE , based on Xtext and the MDL grammar
• Converters and translators, from PharmML to target tools such as Monolix and NONMEM
• The framework that handles requests to and from these tools
• The TEL.R package.
