ARRRGGG!!! i *HATE* taking screen shots from within blender!! and i
cannot work out what file format the "screen shot" function built into
blender uses either!!

could i ask someone to take the screen shots fro me?? hmmm.. how does
that work with textures?? probably doesn't... anyway, i took all these
screen shots, and then realised that i had forgotten to put the camera
on the right mode... grrr... anyway, take a look at the attached file.
