ok, phoenix and i have just set up toroiseCVS, which is an internet
explorer plugin. it is aparently easier to use than winCVS, so you may
want to check it out.. 

the URL is:

http://www.tortoisecvs.org/

you will neeed the following values:

protocol: secure shell
server: cvs.ddmodd.sourceforge.net
directory: /cvsroot/ddmodd
module: .

think tats about it. sabre, you might want to check this out.
