#10 Customized Keys

It would be great if there were a way to customize the keys (holding [CTRL] for border crossing and [CTRL + ~] for region jumping). Sometimes my left hand is away from the keyboard and it would be nice if I could move the cursor over to my second monitor by simply holding the middle mouse button, for example.
