Partitioning handled by defrag.pl

A good week! Release 0.19 is now available for downloading.

Program defrag.pl is ready for some serious beta testing, but please review the logs between each step. It now has one of the 2 proposed methods for handling partitions. The second method is under construction, and should be in the next release. In addition, shell scripts are now provided to ease executing the various export, import and sql files. This also ensures that logs are created for each file.

Code has been restructured for readability and supportability. Your $.02 is sought and appreciated.

All reported bugs have been fixed. [Actually, none have been reported, yet, but we're expecting them to arrive any day now. ;-) ]
