Allixon International Corporation Signs Cooperation Agreement 
with RFID Korea, an RFID Middleware Distributor of Manhattan Associates

SEOUL, Korea, Oct. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) - Allixon International Corporation 
(Other OTC:AXCP.PK - News) has signed an RFID business agreement 
with RFID Korea (http://www.rfidkor.com) to further enhance its business 
in the Korean and global RFID market. RFID Korea is the subsidiary company 
of EXE Consulting (http://www.execonsulting.co.kr). They will concentrate 
on the RFID consulting business and provide RFID Middleware 
to Manhattan Associates, the global leader in providing supply chain 
execution and optimization solutions.

Manhattan Associates has licensed more than 1,200 customers representing 
more than 2,500 facilities worldwide, which include some 
of the world's leading manufacturers, distributors and retailers. 
They have worldwide offices located in six different countries as well 
as five located in the Asian Pacific region. They have U.S. offices 
in 8 different states.

EXE Consulting has provided SCM consulting service 
with the global SCM software of SSA Global, Servigistics, Manugistics, 
and i2 in Korea since 1997. With this agreement, Allixon will implement 
RFID hardware and RFID Middleware from Manhattan Associates 
(with configuration for RFID hardware) through EXE Consulting customers. 
RFID Korea will provide consulting service in the Korean RFID field, 
resulting in development of a far more advanced RFID system. 
This agreement and the alliances between these three companies 
will make Allixon a true global presence in the RFID sector.
