#4 Sort and unique of artist and disc lists
I discovered that artist and disc lists were sorted and
uniqued. Uniqued would probably be ok, but the
necessary side effect of sorting them was driving me
nuts after having just gotten them in the order I
wanted. This patch removes the sort and unique through
the simple use of a compile time option. With this
patch by default
USE_UNIQUE
is not defined.
