Please help me for my problem:

What does ddclient when i get a new ip address at 14:05 and my ddclient interval ends at 14:07.
Can i reach my pc from 14:05-14:07 because on dyndns there is my old ip address ??
After 14:07 there is my new ip address on dyndns.org
Please let me know what is about this time time frame??
My ddclient runs in deamon mode with 600 seconds interval.
    Best Regards Max

You can lower the interval but you will get in trouble if you use a public server to get your ip (use=web option) because most providers I know will block you. It will work if you get your IP from your router.

Means that, the server is from 14:05-14:07 not reachable because of the old ip address on dyndns.org ??

    Thanks for your answer

Yep, that's how ddclient works by default. If your computer connects to the internet itselfs, you can run ddclient directly after a changed IP by attaching it do dhcp or pppd depending on how you connect.
