when a host is flagged as abuser on the service side (and thus all requests are answered with "abuse" error code), ddclient retries every 10 mins.
this is not according to the dyndns2 specs. they say that after receiving an error code (and "abuse" is one of them) a client has to STOP updating until the error has been fixed by a manual intervention of the user.
behaviour was seen with ddclient/3.8.1
