[ddccontrol-users] Dell SE2417HG DDC profile

Dear maintainer,
I found out about DDC this morning and got interested. I ran ddccontrol,
which was installed through the aur, and I revived a message about the
monitor profile.
I ran `LANG= LC_ALL= ddccontrol -p -c -d` and am providing the output as
requested.
