[ddccontrol-devel] DDCcontrol version 0.4 and ddccontrol-db-20060308 released

Hi everybody .-)

I just released a new version of ddccontrol and ddccontrol-db.

The main change is a new database format, using generic profiles (thank
you Oleg for reminding me this old idea). The database now looks nicer,
and I hope I did not break anything, so please test this new version!
