[ddccontrol-users] Support for Samsung 970P

Hi!

I just got the new Samsung 970P and I discovered that it doesn't have any 
OSD-menu so I'm in bad need of ddccontrol :)

I have no idea if this ddccontrol output is of any help to you (if not, please 
tell me what I did wrong), but I've included it here. I use gentoo with a 
2.6-kernel, no i2c-support and the nvidia X-drivers.
