[ddccontrol-users] nvidia_open: cannot open /dev/mem: Permission denied

GeForce 6200 agp and Samsung 193p with Debian Sid.

As a normal user gddccontrol doesn't find the monitor and outputs in the
terminal: "nvidia_open: cannot open /dev/mem: Permission denied".

With sudo everything is fine, but in this way I cannot use the
ddccontrol applet in the gnome panel..
