[ddccontrol-users] Samsung 770P

Hi!

I would like to inform about success with ddccontrol and Samsung 770p.

Hardware: Radeon 9200 SE (digital and analog output), motherboard MSI KT6 
Delta

Software: kernel 2.6.12-10-k7 (ubuntu 5.10), fglrx 8.19.10, ddccontrol 
0.3.1 (from cvs), db-ddcontrol - from cvs.

Ddccontrol used pci to talk with monitor.
Samsung 770p works with settings for Samsung 970p. Ddccontrol needs two 
files to work with 770p - SAM01B3.xml (analog connection) and 
SAM01B4.xml (digital) with content:

Hi,

I don't understand Russian well enough to understand what you wrote, but
support for the Samsung 770P has just been added to the CVS.

You can download missing files there :
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/ddccontrol/ddccontrol-db/

You'd have to retrieve db/monitor/SAM01B4.xml and db/monitor.xml .
