#5 Need improvement in gtCheckSegmentation -> volume stack

In gtCheckSegmentation, it should be using a whole stack of image's diffraction spots instead of just one slice to check several images.

Nicola said: "Not sure about this, I might have a look, if nobody wants to do it :D"

Status: have to check if we can speed up the process enough to get it fast enough to deal with image stack. Should be added to the documentation.
