#2 Drift analysis is broken
Drift analysis is broken.
This should be fixed and cleaned in the code (many functions in many files).
Images should be taken at the end of the scan, but the scanning macro seems to be broken yet.
Peter said:
"I am working on a combined strain and drift analysis package, so I don't think the old one based on the absorption images will be used any more the way it was meant to be. However, it will still be a good measure for the lateral drifts for checking against the diffraction data. I can look at it at a later stage."
Status: the drift procedure should be simplified/rewritten. This will remain a complementary tool to Peter's drift analysis.
