The ArcView extensions previously known as SCA and RDS now use the new name DCRM.

DCRM is currently an ArcView 3.x extension to
digitize and manage routes. DCRM version 2
will be a web-based PHP application.

For DCRM release 1.0.0, application and documentation have been packaged in a user-friendly installer.
The documentation is now also available from the View GUI.
