Could not run/locate: "gcc" on booted/chrooted Gentoo
911 CD.
Looks like "gcc" is installed ('whereis gcc'
gives /usr/bin/gcc), but unable to run. Thus the
compilation of small packages is not possible.
Though this would make the distribution a lot more
flexible in it's use as development/rescue environment.

Fixed by installing dependent packages
