Your situation is not the same, but you could make the necessary changes for it to work the way you want. >From what i read, you want to have multiple modalities sending images to the same receiving port. This has not been tested, but i think it works fine. You should test first, sending at the same time from two or more modalities, and see if all are received correctly. Regarding the sending of the same files to 2 destinations, we can change the code to behave accordingly, but first, you should take an option: Just insert a second send command to another destination (NAS). This is very easy, but in case sending to PACS os NAS fails, then sending is retried later to both destinations. If you are confortable with this, we can make this setup. Second option (little more complicated) is if you want to control exactly what images have been sent to PACS and NAS, and resend them independently in the case of failure for each of them. In this case, we should make a copy of the received images to a second directory where a second dcmrelay is sending to that second destination. Files are in two directories, but you have more control in case of failure of each destination. Please let me know what is your option so i can help you set it up.
