#155 Transliteration extension using AraMorph
As this is Java or PERL, it should not be tightly
integrated into DCMMS.
* Add ISO 233 around AraMorph
* Create a batch application that transliterates all
missing English translations from Arabic source data,
with commandline interface and GUI. Should be
configurable which columns it will run on.
* The application should use updatedcmmstranslation()

The PERL module is called Encode::Arabic::Buckwalter.
PL/JAVA or PL/PERL might also be options to deploy
this.
