#152 translation_management.php should forward backlinks

Applies to SVN head.

The translation_management.php page "forgets" backlinks
e.g. when a form is submitted. The backlinks should
also be present after submission of the form, e.g. in
order to go back to a page.

Eventually a different backlink concept would be more
successful:

* Show for each translation backlinks to e.g. workorder
subtype, landmark, team, etc.
