Hello, my father owns a logitech quickcam pro 4000 webcam and it is not detected by DCAM.
My colleague's creative webcam works well with it though.
It there a known issue with logitech webcams ?
What should he do ?

Same camera works fine by me. Is the webcam detected correctly by the Logitech Software?
Maybe a simple reinstall would do the trick.
