#10 HPA / DCO Detection

End users requested detection of ATA HPA (Host Protected Area) and DCO (Drive Configuration Overlay) so that a warning can be printed if parts of the drive are hidden.

The code for this is fairly straightforward (sending ATA commands and reading the response values). Currently working on how to best integrate it - either into the dc3dd executable or as a separate utility.

Detection of HPA and DCO has been integrated, using code from the hdparm utility. Tested and works on Linux, but is not supported on OS X because OS X does not have a facility for sending arbitrary ATA commands to a device.
