[Dbus-cxx-users] ISO C++ forbids declaration of 'shared_ptr' with no type

I am trying to build the example glibmm_caller_dispatched with the Timesys embedded Linux environment. When I build it I get the following error from a line in dbus-cxx/error.h.
Source line: typedef DBusCxxPointer<Error> pointer;

Error: ISO C++ forbids delcaration of 'shared_ptr' with no type

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
