There are no code changes in this release.

This release adds support for building debian packages. You can use 'make deb'
to
build the debian packages. The debian build files are in the typical debian/
directory.

As this is my first attempt at a debian cdbs package there are bound to
be issues,
but it was tested on Ubuntu-Jaunty-i386 and all seemed well enough.

Also, this release splits the docs into their own download file. This should
make
it a bit easier for those without broadband.
