This release adds support to dbus-cxx-xml2cpp allowing proxies to multiply inherit
virtual interfaces. An example demonstrating how to use this feature can be
found in examples/xml2cpp/calculator-interface.

Additionally, a few warnings were cleaned up including one regarding unused
values when debugging output is turned off.
