This is primarily a bugfix release. The introspection method in signal_base
now returns a null string. In the proxy/adapter generator dbus-cxx-xml2cpp the
castable types now are individually guarded in #defines to alleviate the case
where more than one proxy or adapter defines the same message iterator
overloads.
