[dbunit-developer] Running dbUnit integration tests with Docker database containers

We have updated the integration tests page:
http://dbunit.sourceforge.net/integrationtests.html

with info on running dbUnit integration tests against the supported
databases running in Docker containers.

If you are building dbUnit and running the integration tests, this approach
greatly eases the setup needed to run the them with the various databases.
